These blouses are made using our 16 ounce deluxe dark blue wool cloth with black polished cotton lining. The 1892 model has a small standing collar with scarlet piping along the bottom edge only and piping running down both front edges (not the bottom edge). Also, scarlet piping is placed on the fixed shoulder straps and cuff slash. Although Medium size buttons are specified for the front in the Regs, only the large size are being reproduced today. As such, Seven large US Marine brass buttons close the front. Small buttons on the shoulder straps and cuff slashes. Shown here with optional Sergeant chevrons. Marine NCO's were permitted to wear the chevrons of their rank on the sleeves of this blouse. Service stripes were NOT worn on the 1892 Undress coat.
All US Marine uniforms are custom made for each order. Please allow 8 weeks for delivery. Because custom orders are not returnable, please visit our measurement page, and submit your measurements when you order.
