Mounted Trousers use our 19 ounce field
service wool as standard with a deluxe grade of Dark Blue or Sky Blue
available at extra cost. All have side seam pockets, with pewter
buttons for fly and suspenders sewn on in the double button pattern.
Fly Front style in Foot or Mounted. Back has a cord tie for
adjustment without yoke. Made
in USA!
By Regulations, wool trousers were
to be worn from October 1 thru April 30. From May 1 thru September 30,
white cotton duck trousers were to be worn.
In 1846, Infantry trim color was changed to White.
This garment is custom made
