Two of Gen'l James Longstreet's Frockcoats are offered, both are double breasted and made using our cadet grey wool with buff (off white) trim colors. Both coats are identical except for the button pattern- the 1862-63 Brigadier General model with buttons in 4x2 arrangement (shown at left) or the 1863-65 Major General model with buttons in the 3x3 arrangement (not shown).
Both coats feature solid faced buff collar, cuffs, rear pocket flaps and front edge piping with four rows of our Gold Soutache braid on the sleeves, and our CS General’s extra-rich collar badge. Up-grades on the sleeve braid and collar are offered. The coat body is lined with black cotton and the sleeve linings are natural cotton. An inside left breast pocket and hidden pockets in the folds of the skirt with flaps are included.
